Agreed. This is so illogical coming from someone that never respected the Constitution and Bill of Rights as applied to the nation and citizenry save criminals. He thought he could get the uber state and keep the 4th Amendment?

I'm sure he still thinks the philosophy is sound, it's just that it turns out the right people aren't in charge this time around (again).
