Hell we can’t even get conservatives out to vote for committee members.

Plenty of sound and fury from conservatives but not much action when it comes to taking on the policy making structure of the party.

I don't know. When liberal republicans start losing the general election because they are liberal, the policy making structure of the party will fix itself, or go the way of the passenger pigeon.
