No lingering effects? Clinton is hawking the idea that she had a concussion. SHE HAD A SUBDURAL HEMATOMA! A concussion is a bruise to the substance of the brain. She collected a blood clot between the nonexpansile cranium and the soft distortable brain matter. Is this lie a lingering effect or just a lie which represents the character of this woman.
