Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said Friday she is “disturbed and outraged” after she was informed by federal officials that not only has the government been shipping illegal immigrants out of Texas and “dumping” them in her state, it has no plans to stop.
“This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally - while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable,” she said in a statement.

I hate to say it, but it appears this country is going to have to absorb a far more devastating terror attack to finally get the message about securing the border.
I thought there was such a thing in the Oath of Office that mentioned something about upholding the Constitution. Don’t members of Congress take this oath anymore?

Those sent to Arizona are expected to check in on their own once their deportation process nears completion in an honor system of sorts.
“After screening by DHS authorities, the family units will be released under supervision and required to report in to a local ICE office near their destination address within 15 days, where their cases will be managed in accordance with current ICE enforcement priorities,” according to an ICE statement.
A free pass. No wonder Brewer is so mad. This IS a declaration of war by the feds on Arizona.
Send them all to DC. Send them by rail, by bus, by plane. Just send them to DC.
Next, have local sheriff turn them back. At every county.

It is time for a declaration of independence.
Perhaps the best way is that if they are minors, to have the state detain them by its Child Protective Service as “suspected runaways”. Then, it could officially contact the government of Mexico to notify it that it should seek out the parents of these Mexican children so that they can be returned to them via the Mexican juvenile justice system.
By US law, children are legally chattels of their parents, and the state cannot release minors until there are responsible adults to care for them.
Gov. Brewer needs to start using the word “traitor” when referring to Traitorobama or members of his regime and the word “treason” when describing their demonrat actions.
She certainly should go to court. Why no calls for this? Is it happening and media will not report on it? WTH!?
A federal Judge would easily stem the flow of this crap.
The “feds” are herding them onto planes in Texas and taking them to AZ. Do not let them land, disembark the plane, etc.
