My husband served during Nam. He qualified for a VA loan and can go to the VA hospital for dr appointments.
My question is, can surviving spouses of veterans, of undeclared wars, be able to tap into VA benefits when the vet passes? My grandmother couldn’t because my grandfather fought in two undeclared wars.
