Whether someone sees Lincoln as a scoundrel or hero, Lincoln knew how to put a pen to paper and create a powerful message. Right you are. Gettyburg Address a little gem. Lincoln one of a handful of presidents who were excellent writers. Jefferson was one too. There were others, of course, but to rank them after the aforementioned is difficult.
