It must be pointed out that Greenland would retain most of the melt as it is a giant basin.
Not to be argumentative but wouldn't that basin rise, as did the land under the North American glaciers when they retreated during the end of last Ice Age?
I'm not an Warmist, btw, just see the possibility...

Yes. Isostatic rebound would raise the land mass and retain the majority of the melt. Looks like Lake Greenland would rival the other largest freshwater lakes of the world.
I found an interesting article on a giant canyon under the Antarctic ice as well, 2 miles deep, 15 miles wide and 186 miles long, just mapped in January of this year. It would be interesting to know if it is basin shaped too.
