But I think its best to wait til AFTER the November election..no point in doing it now, the Dems have the majority they will never impeach it..and Obama doesn’t fear impeachment..he fears losing in November because he knows he won’t be able to continue his radical agenda

Since 2014 elections are getting closer, why isn't Judge Pirro at least commenting why she thinks that the Constitution's Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I won't work for this year's elections?

If Ben Shapiro would start bringing people's attention to the Constitution's Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I for the 2014 elections like Glenn Beck should have done for the 2010 elections, then Obama possible wouldn't be president at this time. Clause 2 referenced above gives Congress the power to override presidential vetoes if 2/3 of both Houses agree to do so.

In other words, Congress could repeal constitutionally indefensible Obamacare Democratcare without Obama's signature if patriots and former Obama supporters got their acts together and elected the right people to Congress in 2014, 2010 and 2012 being missed opportunities.

And although there are doom-and-gloom freepers who argue that a split Congress could never override a president's veto, Congress has exercised Clause 2 as recently as Bushes 41 & 43, and also with Clinton.

But so-called "conservative" celebrities like Pirro, Beck, Shapiro, and Obama guard dog Fx News remain silent about Clause 2 which isn't helping the nation.

Here's a thought, and consider this has been done in other countries; Congress should pass a resolution of “No confidence” in Obama, citing specifically his most egregious illegal, dangerous and treasonous acts of freeing dangerous criminals. Demand he undergo psych eval and hand over the reins of government immediately. This is not essentially different than if a military commander had a “meltdown” and his next in command declared him unfit for duty. Make plain to law enforcement by this statement that he has never had authority to free prisoners. No Confidence votes have been done before. We just never thought it would be necessary here. Suppose he suddenly found a military escort walking him away?
