Two Las Vegas police officers were shot Sunday inside a pizza restaurant in the area of Nellis Boulevard and Stuard Avenue in the northeast valley, according to the department.
Witnesses at the scene also reported hearing shots fired in quick succession as if from an automatic weapon inside a WalMart store at 201 North Nellis Blvd., and saw people running from the store.
The officers conditions were not immediately available. The shooters were still at large as of noon. Metros SWAT team is there. Police have cordoned off most of the store parking lot.
Several lanes of traffic near Nellis and Stuart are closed. Nevada Highway Patrol is also on scene.
This is a developing story. Check back for details.

That’s a rough side of town. Or it used to be. I doubt it got better.

Stay tuned for the real story over the next 48 hous.
Now comes another round of the idea that all black guns are fully-auto.
Libs will do anything stupid for the cause. Don’t be surprised.
I’m thinking those Sovereign Citizen types; they seem to be more than a little off the deep end.
History doesn't bear that out.

“Try the veal, it’s the best in the city.”
Kidding side, Vegas’ Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse holds my personal record for steak able to be cut with a fork. Knife not close to needed.
Story includes unconfirmed report that an armed citizen in Walmart was involved trying to take down the shooters.
Muchelle's acolytes attempting to pull a Beer Hall & Pizzeria Putsch over fast food?
I wonder how many of these worthless leftist journalists, or even the citizens in the store have ever heard an an automatic weapon?
