Our libs have them but they hold them sideways and miss a lot.
I don’t think 1 in 10... MAYBE 2 in 10 libs with guns has the guts to use them or the skill if they did. Certainly not like the commies of old. The comparative few that DO know how and will use them will get overwhelmed.
