Feinstein Shreds Obama Claims About Bergdahl Deal
National Review Online ^ | 6/8/14 | Tim Cavanaugh

Posted on 06/08/2014 4:56:47 PM PDT by Nachum

Senator Dianne Feinstein sharply contradicted Obama administration claims about the details of the deal in which five Taliban detainees were exchanged for captured Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. Feinstein, a California Democrat who chairs the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, joins a chorus of Republicans, veterans, families of deceased soldiers, and other critics of both the deal for Bergdahl’s release and the administration’s failure to give advance notice to Congress before releasing detainees from Guantanamo Bay, as required by a 2013 law. In an appearance on CBS’ Face the Nation, Feinstein noted that after the release of the five Taliban officials

You’re right. Boxer on the other hand is a complete buffoon. Feinstein is rational at times. Frankly, I think she appears to not be fully unloading here. I think she’s a lot more miffed than she lets on.

The Clintons were poised on the edge of a knife: better to collaborate with 0bama and his loyalists, trusting their assurances of Hillary!® support? Or trash them, remove as many from power and discredit any others who cannot be co-opted?

DiFi is signaling where the calculation has landed; 0bama is on the ropes and they will undermine him and send their proxies out between now and primary season to purge the Party of everyone who helped defeat Hillary!® in 2008.

DiFi has no national interest. She's a Clintonista who's looking to cash in.

Transparent and ridiculous:

Obama’s last term is expiring and it MAKES SENSE for the future of pan-Leftism if Hillary FINALLY scored a point or two in her own favor, before running for Prez.

Feinswein is:

1. Pissed cuz her computer was spied on by Obama’s evil flying monkeys

2. She’s prepping for *Hillary* to lead some Anti-Obama ConcernTroll campaign

Hillary has Bengazi poop all over her and Feinswein is trying to wipe some of it off.

She still has 4 years to go on her term. And since Jerry Brown will win, DiFi will probably wait 2 1/2 to 3 years and then retire, giving Brown the opportunity to appoint someone else. Possibly Sandra Fluke.

Nothing would help Hillary’s 2016 candidacy more than if Obama had a continual series of foreign-policy disasters during his second term — i.e., after Hillary is no longer Secretary of State.

A few major blunders would seriously minimize Benghazi in the national consciousness. But in order to hype up Obama’s foreign-policy mistakes into major blunders, Hillary will need the help of fellow Democrats like Dianne Feinstein appearing on Sunday talk shows like today’s, angrily criticizing Obama’s latest fiasco of the week.

Dianne came through today for Hillary. Will other Democrats follow her example on future Sundays? Will the mainstream media also begin to turn towards Hillary and away from Obama? Stay tuned.

She has a safe seat so it doesn’t matter. I don’t like her or her politics for the most part but I do believe that she is a patriot.

Do you see why we, here in Maine, want to secede?

The senator also said administration officials are not telling the truth when they claim senators are never briefed about “an ongoing operation.”

Gee Di, aren't you at least smart enough to see that this regime lies to everyone about everything ALL THE TIME?

Oh wait, that's right you're a democrat, and as such you could never be a part of any solution to any of our problems. You and your dem ilk are a BIG part of all of our problems.

Interesting to see her distance herself from this clusterflop, given her access to intel. I wonder what she’d give for odds that at least one of the five will kill Americans in the future.

Liberals, one and all, with any brain cells functioning, know that November draws near. I pray that all military veterans and active-duty families vote accordingly as well as everyone who treasures their freedom, the Constitution, and want a future for their children and grandchildren.

“2018, she will be 85, claims she may not run again, must figure she has done enough damage to the Republic..”

I wrote her recently and asked her to resign so that she and Dicky Blum her third husband) could spend all their ill-gotten gains before they both croak. Not surprisingly, she didn’t write back! BTW, Feinstein isn’t even her maiden name, it’s the surname of her second husband. Try Dianne Emeil Goldman Berman Feinstein.

The Great Prognosticator (that would be Rush) has said:

If a Democrat President becomes too much of a burden for the Party to bear, that person will go, not the ideology.

“Nothing would help Hillary’s 2016 candidacy ...”

If Obama were to exit the office prior to November 2016 via impeachment, resigning or other causes, you know who would run as the incumbent, Her Thighness would be left out in the cold yet again.
