Which makes a prisoner swap inappropriate and possibly illegal on its surface. If the war is over then there is a good case to be made for premeditated Murder. This administration is so lawless that it hits itself in the a$$ both coming and going. Just imagine what they will do to a population cowed by Obama's Brown Shirts and their military might.
