I’ve never had a problem with McAfee but am always open to something else.
don’t those happen every year?
Will do. Thanks for the good tip.
Yes, yearly subscriptions.
Amazon.com always has a very strong emphasis on customer security ...
Wrong. I canceled Amazon a year ago when I learned that Amazon made a back-door deal with Discover C/C. While I would shop at amazon.com, not making a purchase, discover allowed amazon access to my account data and amazon displayed in my browsing page the amount of my Discover Cash Back credit I had to spend.
GOOD BYE TO BOTH.
“but never do I hear anyone has been caught, much less prosecuted?”
NSA or govt is the culprit no doubt.
I have long been convinced that the anti-virus companies pay virus creators to come up with new ones, so they can sell the “cure”. < /paranoia >
Amen. NOD 32 is the best. I've never had a single issue while running it. I can't say that about McAffee, Avast, AVG, Norton, etc...
John McAfee: The big security hit will be this year
