Good idea!
A special global volcano tax could be imposed on all countries with volcanoes. A double tax could be imposed if the volcano is active. The money would be used to fund the UN anti global warming activities. Next up: A special global earthquake tax to help fight global warming! And after that a very special tax on countries that have hurricanes and tornadoes. It's all for the children you know.

Hey, don’t scoff.

You do know that here in Maryland, we are now officially taxing the rain. Right?

This isn’t a joke. It’s the truth. The Democrats here have actually figured out how to tax someone for rain falling on their property, if said property is paved or artificial in some way. It’s euphemistically refered to as the “Rain Tax” here. Look it up.

So you may jest about taxing volcanos, but I say: Don’t give them any ideas!
