Hagel has no authority to release any prisoner from Guantanamo. If Hagel made the deal and it wasn’t approved by the President and wasn’t approved by Congress, the Hagel should be going to jail. This makes Hagel a traitor.

FNC reports that Bowe is refusing to speak to his father. Maybe al-Bergdahl the elder told him what good guys the Taliban were, and the son found out different after he met them.
