This is the ONLY scandal that is directly tied to a decision made by Hussein himself and even now, he’s trying to blame an underling. Hussein tried to get this thru long before Hagel was on the scene. We all know he directed the IRS to do what they did, that he directed the attacks on the reporters, that he and Holder were in cahoots on F & F, but it’s all a blurred line. This swap, however, is his doing and his doing only.
