State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf defends the Obama administration's decision not to brief Congress about the Bergdahl trade on MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Reports." Harf says there is prior precedent, claiming during the run-up to the bin Laden raid Congress was not briefed. Host Andrea Mitchell confronts Harf, noting Congress was briefed up to a year before the raid.

This is a not so subtle threat against the news media.

Tell a lie, let the MSM pretend to do it’s job and expose the lie, then the MSM presents the “TRUTH” which is also a lie.
The lie presented by the MSM then becomes the “TRUTH”.
Geraldo Rivera in his zeal to be smarter than anyone, inadvertently let it be known the dems have put out talking points as to what the MSM is supposed to push as the “TRUTH” about Benghazi.
