Bowers ran Dukakis SC Campaign in the 80s, fyi.
“it would unnerve the GOP-e, and force them to dump millions into his campaign.”
That’s also been one of the main reasons to challenge these people. They love to go to fundraisers to build warchests and then slip back into office unopposed.
We’ve forced John Cornyn to spend 6 million, Mitch McConnell 10 million, Graham I think 8 million, Cantor, millions (don’t know the number), etc.
I’m sure they’re all really pissed that they have to go to all these horrible chicken and potatoes fundraisers, only to spend it all against people who they think are beneath them. And THEN they have to battle the democrats!
A lot of warchests will be close to empty by November, so pat your self on the back for keeping the pressure on these worthless aristocrats. They may get back into office, but at a cost and not forever!
CALL ALL YOUR FAMILY OUT THERE TO VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ONLY 10% OF THE PEOPLE SHOW UP FOR PRIMARIES!!
THAT MAKES EACH OF YOUR VOTES WORTH 10 TIMES AS MUCH
THE PLACE TO RID OURSELVES OF RINOS IS THE PRIMARIES
boy are you wrong... if lindsay-girl is forced into a runoff he will LOSE
That is the entire point of making sure he does not win outright today
So, what’s up with Det Bowers?
Exactly! And this is why they are so PISSED OFF at Senator Ted Cruz, who has rallied and inspired the conservative base by calling out the gOpE on their fake comfortable 'show votes' and lack of fight.
And here's why Senator Cruz stood up to these fake conservatives who merely pretended to stand up for conservative values with show votes but actually just cared about their D.C. 'prestige' .... and thankfully, Ted Cruz has called them out on it and thus helped conservatives to make gains in the primaries (although McConnell made him promise to not get involved in the primaries of sitting gop incumbents) ...
“Well, theres a democrat primary too so that may help with that.”
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
So they’ll just vote in both primaries. Probably multiple times.
That is good news indeed! Maybe there is a fighting chance.
Please, please, SC, give Miss Linda the boot!
“Graham said he is a ‘conservative leader you can count on to get things done.’”
Yeah, boy, you’re as “severely conservative” as Romney, Grahamnesty.
I would never bet on him losing. Lots of money can buy lots of votes, most of the time. Like Thad Cochran, I wouldn’t doubt for a minute that Graham would snivelingly appeal to Democrats to keep his pasty white buttocks in that seat.
Then again, if he did lose, I would be more than happy to lead the assembled Munchkins in a hearty chorus of Ding, Dong, the Witch is Dead.
Maybe Graham could become roomies with John Edwards.
