Quick, TAX THEM MORE!
Just to put it in perspective, that is less than 1/7th of the cost of what BO and his minions looted from the economy just under Porkulus I.
This looks like roughly an increase of about 100,000 barrels@ day for 2016-2020 in the Bakken. Or roughly similar to 100,000 barrels@ day for 2016-2020 increases predicted for the Eagle Ford that we’ve seen.

that contained another prediction for onshore and offshore US oil production:
“But Molchanov estimates that from 2012 to 2020, offshore production in the Gulf, mainly from deepwater, will grow 8.3% per year, vs. 6.1% for onshore oil and gas.”
There’s a lot of moving parts in that prediction—but if gulf oil production is going to grow faster than onshore oil production then maybe its a safe bet that gulf oil production will rise on average by 100,000 barrels @ day between 2016-2020.
The rest of the smaller plays in the USA together might add another 100,000 barrels @ day annual oil production gains for 2016-2020.
