Twitter reporting that the rebels are trying to negotiate the surrender of the Artemovsk Tank base.
There has been fighting there, with casualties on both sides. Capturing the base, and the AFV’s, would open up Slovyansk to resupply and support from Lugansk.
This is why there’s been so much fighting in Slovyansk......Slovyansk is key to all other areas.
