I believe the term is pathological liar. I cannot remember who said of Bill Clinton that he was not just a liar, he was an unusually good liar.

What puzzles me is that even the hard Left expects someone to be honest at least if just with them. But they drink the urine everytime. And ask for seconds. And thirds, and fourths. And fifths-no pun intended.
