What the hell is wrong in South Carolina? Nothing. Six challengers faced him and divided up the conservative vote.

And among them they couldn’t get 50%+1.

Six challengers faced him and divided up the conservative vote. That's not how it works in a runoff system. Gramnesty needed 50% +1 vote to win outright and avoid a runoff, which he did. The outcome would not have been different had there been fewer challengers -- all six combined didn't manage to get to 50%.

too many challengers. at this point since light loafered lindsay already acts like a democrat than the thing to do in SC is to vote for the democrat and get rid of lindsay that way.

(Sometimes I think it would be nice to just get it on and get it over with. Once and for all.)

That's exactly right. One strong Conservative could have beaten Ms. Lindsey. Never going to do it with six middlings. Heh .... bash the Tea Party. They are desperate to do that.
Sorry. We ain't a-goin' nowhere.
