It’s sad they weren’t both killed... the one who ‘got away’ will probably spend a life inflicting damage on the innocent. I’ll bet they were both democrats too... most criminals are...

As of a minute ago, this article had 8529 comments, the great majority of them supporting the parents’ actions.
What should be surprising (but isn't) as that there are any comments that DON'T support the parents actions.

The statutes that I recall generally had it as second degree.
I am sure it varies between states.
