Lets put guys in a war and not let them defend themselves.

That’s what Obama wanted in the “war of necessity” (Afghanistan).

I shudder to think what the make up of this jury will be.

Oh yeah, just what I want. . .to be judged by a bunch of Holder’s people. . .for actions in a war where no one holds their weapon sideways.

Outrageous. Why are they being tried in DC? Under what pretext?

Slatten could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted. The others face a mandatory minimum penalty of 30 years in prison if convicted of the gun charge and at least one other charge.

So, somehow the Federal Government is prosecuting American citizens on behalf of the failed government of Iraq, and they are liable to serve time based on Iraqi law? Hmmm. Can we find homosexuals who had homosex in Iraq and have them ordered stoned to death by a DC court, after a fair trial?

Maybe I'm missing something but this seems like a very large can of worms that has been opened.

They must pray for one smart conservative to survive to hang the trial, that is their best and only hope. One remembers the utterly ridiculous trail of Scooter Libby and the sickening collection of people that were his jury.
