A judge could rule any day now on Justina Pelletiers fate. As the pro-life advocates helping her family await that ruling, a new video has surfaced showing Justina asking the judge and Massachusetts state officials who have kept her from her parents to please let her go home.
All I really want to be with is with my family and my friends, Justina said in the video.
You can do it. Youre the one thats judging this. Please let me go home Judge Johnson and Gov. Patrick, Justina continued. Please, right now. Please let me go home right now. I need to be home with my family and just please do it.
After a long legal battle between her family and state officials, Massachusetts may finally have agreed to allow Justina Pelletier to return home to her parents.
On Friday, the Massachusetts Health and Human Services (HHS) filed a motion for review of reconsideration and dismissal in the case of Justina Pelletier. This action follows Liberty Counsels motion to return Justina home.
Fox News reports:
justinapelletier20Justina Pelletier, the Connecticut teen taken from her family more than a year ago by Massachusetts officials after her parents took her to a hospital for help, made a tearful plea to the Bay State family court judge who holds her fate in his hands.
In the 45-second, videotaped plea, first posted on a Facebook page set up by supporters of the 15-year-old, Justina is seen sitting in a chair and pleading plaintively with Massachusetts juvenile court Judge Joseph Johnston.
All I really want is to be with my family and friends, the girl says, her voice faltering at times. You can do it. Youre the one thats judging this. Please let me go home.
Justina also directs her plea to Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, whose state Department of Children and Families made the initial decision to commit the girl to state care on Valentines Day 2013 after doctors at Tufts Medical Center, which had been treating her for a rare condition, and doctors as Boston Childrens Hospital clashed over the cause of her medical problems, which included difficulty eating and walking.
Justina was moved last month from the Bay State to a facility in Thompson, Conn. Her family is now somewhat closer to her, but still angry that their daughter cant come home.
In a just world Governor Patrick, some staff at Childrens Hospital, the head of HHS and the Judge would all be tried and convicted for kidnapping and child abuse.
Yep. From what I heard, the doctor made his conflicting diagnosis after spending less than 20 minutes with the girl.
Massachusetts gains three stalwart Conservatives.

I don’t know about you, but I’d be a vindictive bastard and sue everyone involved after getting my child back. But this stuff happens every day at a low leveL Just try to leave an ER without being released by a doctor and see the $hit storm that follows. I’ve seen it firsthand. They come at you with serious threats to do what was done to Justina.
You’re right on the money. This is just such a heartbreaking case of gov’t out of control, I would go equally out of control and sue these bastards and anyone and everyone involved for as much as I could, forever.
Pelletier is more of a prisoner of war than Bergdahl ever was.

What is needed is for Donald Sterling or the Koch Bros, or you name, it stepping up and underwriting all the expenses in a full frontal legal assault on the Massholes. The problem always is that government has your unlimited tax dollars and a gang of hired guns to beat you into submission, or alternatively string out the process until you are either tired out or tapped out.
Zis vill not happen. Ve own you now, ja!
Boycott the Fascist state of Massachusetts !
Hopefully some sane authority will get involved and let this family sue the living nuts off of everyone involved.
You spelled it wrong. It’s Assachussets.
Sometimes you just have to go Full Fargo on ‘em.
