Do you have any evidence at all for that?

By now it's commonplace for politicians who lose a primary to be asked if they'll run as write-ins, so there was no need for him to "float" any such idea.

Cantor wouldn't have a leadership position if he ran as a write-in and he doesn't want to be a back-bencher, so really what would the point of a write-in campaign have been anyway?

My "agenda" is not falling for rumors and not leading with insults.
