There are a lot of Tennessee Republicans who think that Alexander should not have run again. Everyone expects him to win but everyone I talk to also intends to vote for his opponent in the primary.

No, Carr is his only serious competitor. Lamar got in because two conservatives split the ticket in 2002. Not going to happen again.

Not this time. There were some loosely coordinated efforts to pick ONE conservative, and the potential candidates played ball. Joe Carr is the challenger. GO CONTRIBUTE!
