US VP Biden: Germany is 'xenophobic'

US Vice President Joe Biden suggested Germany was hostile towards immigrants in a speech on Tuesday, in which he described the US as the only "non-xenophobic" major economy in the world.

In the speech in Washington DC at the National Association of Manufacturers' annual summit, Biden said the US needed to reform immigration policy to maintain its competitive edge.

“We have to pass an anti-immigration bill. Look at Germany. Look at the rest of the world. We're the only non-xenophobic nation in the world that's a major economy,” he said.

However, the facts would seem to disagree with Biden's thoughts about Germany. It is an increasingly popular destination for immigrants, suggesting it has an open immigration policy.

A recent study from the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) showed that Germany had experienced an immigration boom in the last five years, making it the second most popular destination for permanent immigrants in the world.

And figures released from Federal Statistics Office (Destatis) in June found that more than 15.3 million people living in Germany have a migrant background.

Many immigrants are better qualified than a lot of Germans, filling a gap in Germany's skilled labour market, according to a report also released in June from the Berlin Institute for Population and Development.

So what’s wrong with being xenophobic?

Face it. Most of those folks only want to come in and destroy us (that is, make us be like where they came from)

We welcome anyone who adopts and adheres to our founding father’s prnciples. Unfortunately our government (liberal controlled) has accepted all sorts of anti-American criminals and terrorists.

When you engage your adversaries you need to engage with ALL your adversaries or you will lose. Blame immigration on just liberals and forget the treason committed by big business is a flaw strategy. Liberals are visible with their efforts, but big business is invisible with their efforts. Big business is worst then liberalism because they have done more to arm our enemies and undermine our borders and privacy. I say take out big business and most of the funding to liberals and RINO’s amnesty efforts will disappear. Why do you think Wall Street stock market fell after Cantor lost. The filthy CEO’s sense the Main Street uprising in the GOP, wait till OWS start taking out establishment Dems. This is what happens when corporations and big gov start to destablilize society with radical changes aimed at filling their pockets with filthy profits and power at the expense of the middle class.

Liberals, during the eight years of GWB, kept telling us what an embarrassment we were in the eyes of the world. Really. Well, the same people need to ask the same question of this administration. Did Cheney or Bush ever refer to any of our allies as racists in a speech?

I’ll take your post a step further. Why in the world would we as a Constitutional Republic want to allow our values and heritage to be watered down by 3rd World savages?

What he meant to say, but was too dishonest to say it, is that the Democrats want to be perceived as noble when what they’re really doing is flood the country with illegals, who then... of course... vote Democrat.

Meanwhile, all the foreigners who fill out the forms and wait and take the tests and stand in line... get sh*t on by our “noble” Democrats, who, by the way, don’t really give a sh*t about foreigners one way or the other.

I'm convinced that there is, as you point out about the lack of complaints regarding “diversity” in Mozambique, Ghana, Japan, or any other non-caucasian nation. Well...maybe Israel, but that's a given.

Biden is such a big ass, but he serves a function for the administration. He is worse even than Obama, so if Obama is removed from office, Biden takes over.

Either way, America is screwed.

Why. What good are foreigners who insist on remaining foreigners even when they enter our country?

The friends of America choose to accept our values and come here through the legal process. Many of the rest are enemies. It’s wise to be fearful of what our enemies will do (Not necessarily afraid of them mind you)
