Saw the map on Facebook with the attendant handwringing and bedwettng. Pathetic.
Even if it were true, it’s happening for two reasons.
1. Lunatics are no longer retained in insane asylums
2. Gun-free zones are sitting-duck zones.
The common element here doesn’t seem to be guns or even schools. But notice how many are related to “gangs.”
Hear anybody talking about banning gangs?
The map probably included incidents where students chewed their bread into the shape of a gun or pointed their finger at someone in a threatening way or when a second grader drew a picture of a gun.
(All sad but true events)
If this map is an indication of the research these anti gun groups did then it’s Bull@hit.
The “balloon” for Clarksville, Tn,, says a school shooting for Northwest High School(my alma matter) is wrong.
A man was found dead from a gunshot wound on school grounds(Vo Tech parking lot) and was determined to be drug related.
No children were involved.
No children were ever harmed or in harm.
Didn’t happen during school hours.
Happened during the night before school opened.
Investigation still pending...
CCN should do their own research...Lazy B@stards.
Even in the worst case scenario it shows almost every shooting happening in democrat controlled areas.
Agreed, especially in those oh-so-safe “gun free’ zones(see tagline)
