Because they want that damn money.... The idiots in this country have completely lost their marbles in this country. They don’t understand the concept that businesses have to turn a profit to stay in business neither do they care. Conversely they think businesses were created for them so they could earn or even give them money. I will guarantee that none of these gimmecat idiots have ever done anything meaningful in their lives let alone managed, owned, or operated a business.

Yet rather than saying “Thank you,” the liberals of New York City decided to say “No” to the money.

Should be noted that the letter from the City Council has zero legal effect. This is simply posturing.

The Council has no power over either the Waltons or those accepting the contributions.

Walmart has done more for our poor & middle class than the elitist, liberal socialists have ever done. Liberals talk and pose, but look to government & taxpayers to do the measures liberals call for.

Walmart provides construction jobs building its stores, jobs at its stores and pays taxes on its profits. Walmart established a wide choice of products, groceries & pharmacy items available at reasonable prices. Customers of modest means were & are able to access goods that before were not marketed to their income level.

No-no-no.....They still want Walmart’s money. They just want FedGov to take it by force before giving to them.

I’d much rather that WalMart use that money to increase employee’s salaries or spend it to stock more higher quality and made in the USA merchandise.

This (and the criticism of the Koch bros.) proves how deliriously insane most libs are. Libs routinely berate conservatives for supposedly being greedy and not wanting to give their dough to charity. So when Walmart, the Koch bros, and other conservatives donate their money, they’re criticized for it. Proving once again that libs are totally bonkers.
