I was raised in Manhattan, NY and this was the way it was then and nothing has changed, except the thugs are a lot meaner. That was 60 years ago.

60 years ago Newark NJ was white; it has all been downhill since. Now the blacks who chased the whites out 50 years ago re being replaced/hemmed in by Hispanics.
