Putin is the enemy, but still commands 10 X the respect than the pretender in the WH.

What threat has Putin made against America?

Glazunov is a rector in perpetuity of the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, “The most outstanding artist of the 20th century” in a poll of polls, and has a minor planet named for him. I’d be happy to have *any* of his paintings. To have a personal portrait by someone of that stature would be an incredible honor.

I hope you are not that naïve not to know or understand what level of destabilization (often remote) that the remnants of the old Soviet Union applies via puppet strings.

Also, where do you think all those Russian ICBMs are pointed? Not the moon that is for sure.

” He shows class. Obama gives heads of state cassettes with his speeches.”

Worse than that, it was in a format that couldn’t even be played in England due to the different electric current they use there.

So, not only is he an arrogant jerk, he’s stupid too.

Yeah, I remember. Even more stupid are Americans who voted for him - twice.

One more modification: Putin has more class in his little fingernail than the MUSLIM mulatto bastard in the White House has in his entire body.

Weakness in the White House invited Putin to his adventures. A strong leader will put an end to that folly without firing a shot.

<><><><><

Yes, leaders who steal 50-75 billion dollars (Putin’s estimated net worth) from their country are the classiest poeple ever.

Perhaps only surpassed in class by former KGB agents who actively seek to undermine the USA by pushing the normalizing of homosexuality and actively working towards the breakup of the American family, and then seek to take the moral high ground for the very thing they actively sought as part of their official KGB duties.

FUVP.

Thought I heard something like, “No new taxes,” instead of “Geronimo”?

Weakness is the Whitehouse has invited thugs all over the world to take advantage of the power vacuum. Watch how Iran takes over control of Iraq. This will set up the ultimate fight between Saudi Arabia and Iran for control of the gulf and middle east. If we still had troops on the ground even at a couple air bases in Iraq, it is doubtful that the ISIS would have taken Mosel, much less the other cities.

If we left South Korea, what would stop the chia head from Marching on Seoul. If we had not kept troops in Germany since 1945, do you think Stalin would have stopped at Berlin? We spent $2-3 trillion, thousands of lives and 10 years creating a democracy in Iraq. Pulling our troops out, destroyed that in two years. Now, we repeat the same thing next year in Afghanistan. It just amazes me how stupid liberals can be.

“Putin will likely send Obama a 6 pack of stale malt liquor for his birthday.”

I think with Obama a four pack of stale wine coolers might be more appropriate. Something fruity, and attractive to gnats.

GHW Bush showed the world what the US military is, and what it can do. He put together a coalition of nations, told the world what he was going to do, then did exactly what he said we would do. Then we left.

Putin the warrior watched as Russian equipment manned by Russian trained troops got destroyed in the most one sided battle in history. GHW Bush earned Putin's respect. And mine too.

No images available online for the George H. W. Bush portrait, but here are some other examples of his contemporary portraiture:

Got to remember too that the Russians called WW 2, “ the great war “.

I should have!
Older Russian veterans have always gotten tremendous respect and honoring at parades etc etc for their fighting the "great patriotic war". More so than we have done for our own. These old Russian dogs would have chests full of colorful medals

My guess is some would offer our current guy a helicoptor ride, too. As for the chute... well...

Like with captured Cong in 'Nam, flying lessons?

It's doubtful that he likes George H.W. Bush, but he sent the gift because he does respect him. Are there any world leaders who have a similar respect for the current occupant of the White House?

Who was it that said "I don't care if they like us, as long as they fear us"?
