Maybe, maybe not. But from what I’ve been reading and hearing, there is a strong enough conservative faction in the House that actually CAN derail Boehner’s speakership, if they choose. Up to this point, they’ve been pleaded with by the GOP establishment to unify behind Boehner “for the good of the party” but I’m reading reports that House conservatives are growing increasingly restless and weary with supporting him.
Bottome line... We need to turn up the pressure and keep contacting our House GOP representatives to support a stronger, more conservative Speaker.
