I’m just wondering what law they would be breaking. The BP/ICE may have some type of administrative rule where they could be disciplined for not getting approval. But that would only apply to them, while they were on duty, not off.

I saw a headline that stated that members of Congress weren’t allowed to document what is going on. If true, how the hell does a BP officer enforce that? What will they be charged with?
