Well, they declared WAR on Drugs, but I've never heard of killing drugs with guns tanks and helicopters.
In the past 6 years we have learned that the govt is arming BOTH SIDES. Again weapons of war cannot kill that which is not living.
3rd Amendment prohibits the govt from forcing us to house and quarter troops, yet there they are! Writing tickets, and passing bond measures.

Apparently you missed that story; a few months back some company started marketing these targets under the slogan “No More Hesitation”.
I was surprised the various persons of color who are professional offendees weren’t screaming their heads off that “THIS MEANS YOU DON’T HAVE ANY PROBLEM SHOOTING ‘US’”.
