Okay, Chuck Hagel, are you saying that YOU have ordered this vessel into deployment, or did your Boss tell you to do it? We just played that finger pointing game last week about the Taliban Five, yet another (not so) bright idea from this Administration.
It is a sad, sad world. President Obama does not believe in the Promise of Hashtag.
Ordering an aircraft carrier to deploy seems to have become a publicity stunt of no ultimate consequence whatsoever for those within the Washington Bubble - I assume everyone from the Iranians to the Russians to Al Qaeda have learned that by now.
If there are still Christians or white people there, an order to attack isn’t off the table.
But what is the likelihood this CinC will issue that order?

He is the final decision maker, when things are going sideways and not according to the Obama narrative. Hagel is a ready made bus speed bump.
