I just got off the phone with my son (a Infantry Officer,not in theatre)) who has a friend currently in Baghdad.
He is a contractor (non security type) and he says they can't all get out. They are currently filling sand bags and digging in.
He said they are in for the fight of (or for) their lives.
He also said there is sufficient amount of ammo and small weapons available.
They are concerned that if it gets close they won't have any close air support, which is the deciding factor when it gets to nut cuttin’ time.
Pray for these American sons, that they may be evacuated.
