Keep in mind that Christians have a well-established doctrine (regarding the character and power of God) in that ALL THINGS are under his comtrol - whether ‘permitted’ or by his ‘active will’ - so that NOTHING is outside the control of God.
The real question here is ... “Whose God is really in comtrol, the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob - or - the God of Ishmael and Mohammed?”
The answer to that question, comes out in the end as to whether ALL MUSLIMS are killed - or - ALL JEWS are killed.
Christians believe it’s the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who is the true God, and thus it’s ALL MUSLIMS who will be killed, as a result.
Ishmael is Abraham's son. They both worship the God of Abraham. Mohammed led the Ishmaelite's astray.
