2013 Treasury IG Report May Hint What Was in Destroyed Lerner Emails
PJ Tattler ^ | 6/14/14

Posted on 06/14/2014 11:36:25 PM PDT by Nachum

A cottage industry grew up following the revelation that Rosemary Woods, Richard Nixon’s secretary, performed feats of contortionism worthy of Barnum and Bailey in order to “accidentally” erase 18 1/2 minutes of a June 20, 1972, tape that most experts agree contained a conversation between the president and Chief of Staff H.R. Haldeman discussing Watergate.

Here is Woods demonstrating her act:

Nothing was destroyed.

These guys are playing games.

Network activity, in particular as this subject calls for, is replicated and stored across the organic environment is stored multiple places.

you could delete emails and work at the device level or even in the LAN.

But, email sent, received and stored is propagated regionally and across the WAN.

This is done specifically so that in the event of disaster work product can be recovered.

it’s like when Yahoo email goes down. Your emails are easily recovered, as they are stored in Mountain View, Reston, Manhattan and other Data Centers across the U.S. and even in other countries.

They are there and they would have destroy their existence everywhere.

Not something that is realistically possible.

They are lying and perjuying themselves.

Lerner has already been held in Contempt of Congress and now she flips them off with this laughable excuse.

Jail her.

This contumacious behavior can not be allowed.

The period of missing emails from Lerner is January 2009 to April 2011.

Over 2 years of missing emails? Right.

They are lying and perjuring themselves.

I wonder if the good congressman reminded the DB bastard, he was under oath? I guess it really doesn't matter if they lie like a rug. They have gotten away with everything up to now, why should they think they will be held accountable now?

They really don’t care. Until 45% of the narcissists can accept the fact that they are idiots, the rest of the realists are stuck.

Special Prosecuter is DOJ.

The House has the authority and the means of enforcement. Use it.

Passing if off on DOJ IS A JOKE.

Yeah, what you said...
But seriously, if these guys want to stem our descent into a lawless society, they will need to put a stop to these royals thumbing their noses at the law. Lerner is low hanging fruit - she needs to be in jail. Now.

I believe this lost email event will start the ball rolling, like a snow ball getting bigger and bigger as it rolls. The Zer0 Regime will not be able to deal with the Iraq crisis, the IRS scandal, the VA scandal and the children on the southern border—all at the same time! We are going to see crisis overload and something is going to break. It is time to throw Zer0 under the bus.

Yep - I "store" my emails on my computer, but it is still backed-up and saved "for posterity" by the system that controls it.

It looks like the IRS had help from the NSA - both doing the impossible by "accidentally" deleting/destroying data that might be harmful to them and their overlords.

You can bet that there is data hanging around from the dawn of time and it will never be lost as the evidence data seems to be doing.

“I wonder if the good congressman reminded the DB bastard, he was under oath? “

Morality to a progressive is self defined. They are completely disconnected from God. Therefore oaths have no meaning to them.

Hook ‘em up to lie detectors in the hearings. The American citizens have to know the truth. And Congressional hearings are not courts, so it doesn’t matter that it isn’t admissible.

The list of excuses would make Jake Blues look honest but it’s all a smoke screen to get them past the election.

Aren’t these emails covered under the Federal Records Act that would require them to be archived?

They were discussing this on Fox and Friends this a.m. Multiple server back-ups plus apparently there is a law that all email (not sure if it’s just IRS or all of government) must be printed. One person also brought up that maybe she was using personal email (perhaps on a personal computer) and an alias to send/receive email. Even then, her service provider should have copies and, also, it’s illegal for her to do this.

“January 2009 to April 2011.”

The IRS targeting “Right Wing Extremist” is a repeat of what was done during the Clinton years.

Notice the date January 2009.

This is Hillary’s operation and it was started immediately which means Hillary had it planned to take place when she was president.

Obama didn’t have his people in place to start it in Jan 2009, the Clintons on the other hand had left their people, a “shadow govt.”, in place so they were ready to go with Hillary’s return.

The IRS targeting Tea Party/”Right Wing Extremist” wasn’t part of a plan to get Obama reelected it was originally a plan to make sure Hillary got reelected and didn’t leave the WH.

GOOD point.
These people act as if the laws don’t apply to them, well then don’t allow them to have ANY constitutional protections as well. Sword cuts both ways.
