Exactly. Churches could agree to only marry those who are believers of that faith, That way, if homosexuals want to marry in the church, they'll have to go to some Episcopal or Methodist church, or some other church that will marry them.

They could do so even without the couple having a marriage license. That way, some older couples could marry in their church without their pensions or Social Security being affected, because they're not 'legally' married.

It sounds like the spiritually correct thing for the pastors of the Danish Church is leave the Official Lutheran Church. You wonder how many Danish Pastors are already willing to support gay marriage. If one pastor declines to conduct the ceremony I would guess that there are plenty to take their place.
