A fascinating new poll out today from the Pew Research Center reports on how they've tracked Americans' beliefs on political issues over time. It's wide-ranging and deep and a fascinating look at what Americans believe. One of the most important parts is how the two coalitions - Republicans and Democrats - have changed over the last twenty years. And it takes a sledgehammer to myths that liberals have been telling themselves.
What Liberal myth on Partisanship? Anything I ever read by them is quite the contrary. I mean everyone on both sides pays lip service to it, but they have ZERO interest in partisanship and it has been that way for quite some time.
I think sometimes we assume facts not in evidence.
Huh?
“You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.”
Funny. Many conservatives get their morality from The Almighty God, so those values are/should be unchanging. Liberals are monolithic and dutifully hate whoever or whatever their leader-du-jour commands them to hate in the daily talking points.
What the graph shows is Democrats making a massive lurch to the left when Obama got elected.
