Murderers, thugs, rapists, kidnappers, robbers---all of that breed---have no regard whatsoever for decent people. "Cruel and unusual punishment" only applies to their victims and they take pleasure in doling it out to innocent people.

If that's what they understand, why not give the same thing back to them? If it's proven without a doubt that they committed the crime, make them pay big-time for it. That a death penalty allows murderers to sit on death row for years is insane IMO. Maybe some these other perps should also pay with their life.

Drexel Hill used to be a lovely neighborhood. Big detached family homes with yards, porches and garages, tree-lined streets with sidewalks, nice shopping, good access to UPenn, Drexel U, the train stations and Center City. Now, what a mess.
