House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa has subpoenaed the commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service to testify next week before Congress about a trove of lost emails that could contain evidence of a plan to targeted conservative groups. Issa, R-Calif., will hold a June 23 hearing aimed at finding out more about two year´s worth of emails -- from 2009 to 2011 -- that the IRS has reported lost. I haven’t a clue. I imagine the IRS doesn’t have a clue who it is either but they have to have one. If they do know, they aren’t going to tell us. Another “transparency” thing.
Issa will conduct kabuki theater questioning when he should be consulting with Gowdy to get questions that grab onto the throat and do not let go. Amateur lawyers are destroying these investigations and making them look lame.

In the end, doesn’t ANY prosecution have to go through (in)Justice? Does ANYONE think Holder will bother to prosecute his partners in crime?
Subpoena the commissary and immediately arrest him for obstruction when he arrives...
He can bond out when the emails are delivered...
