Bet to differ.
I'm not saying it's probable...but it's possible.
The evidence for a real case is building day by day. But the key is the public. You won't see a President removed unless there is a solid majority in favor. Obama's unpopularity is growing. A few more scandals (and they will come) which expose who Obama really is will increase his unpopularity even more.
But if you prosecute the case too early the thing will fall apart.
Of course. let him destroy more of America. There is such flimsy evidence now. Barely enough to speak of...
At some point even the dems can’t ignore hard core evidence. They may look at impeachment as a way to save their own sorry a33es. Let the evidence build, catch them lying on the stand and then impeach.
*S*
There wasn’t a “solid majority” of the public behind Nixon’s removal. A group of Republicans advised him to resign.
Obama could barbeque a small child in the Rose Garden and you wouldn’t find a single Democrat critter with objections.
A Republican having committed any one of the myriad and multiple outrages Obama has done—most recently, ordering the IRS to destroy e-mails linking his office with persecution of conservatives—would be facing a drumbeat to resign from the MSM and a visit for Messrs McCain, Graham, McConnell, etc al.
Ok? So we conservatives are like ‘Billy’ in the movie ‘Midnight Express’ languishing in the Turkish prison: we’re tired of waiting, on the advice of those who would be quick to advise an honorable man to quit, and no one’s going to do it for us.
