"The perp must be white, otherwise NBC News would never publicize this."

But, no!

This "teen," and his "teenager" pals are exactly the guys we would have guessed they are.

But, as we expect from the MSM, no racial descriptions for the Black teens.

And, no racial description for the homeless white victim.

Rubbish. If NBC had wanted for the thug to be arrested, they would have provided a photo of him, such as the one from delcotimes.com that I posted below. Failing that, they could at least have provided a description of the thug's skin color. If NBC wanted to provide insight into the motive for the attack, they would also have reported the skin color of the white victim. As usual, NBC intentionally failed to report or post anything that might puncture the politically correct liberal bubble. As usual, they behaved like leftist propagandists, not journalists. As usual, they earned our contempt.

At 2:30 on the NBC tape, they actually do show the other photo/video you saw.

However, they don’t give you any heads up at all that it’s coming.

I almost turned the NBC tape off in disgust, and I wondered why any business would even bother to purchase and run a security camera that produced such poor quality images.

I finally found it. You have to click the "By NBCPhiladelphia.com" link on this thread's linked page to go to the page with that longer video, then, as you said, wait for two and a half minutes before it shows the video I linked above. They buried their video lede.

There is absolutely no chance that such a poor quality photo will result in the attacker being identified. I presume that's why they ran it.

Since they had the good quality video, NBC could have printed this photo instead:
