I think that might give Conservatives some political horsepower, even after the Whip election, if he wins.

Numbers USA is a Conservative organization totally focused on Immigration.

McCarthy's Congressional District is 40% Hispanic.
Essentially, he has to support Amnesty in order to get elected.
Sadly, Moscow, Russia would be better than Washington, DC.
