Pro-Bono Lawyers: Most Unaccompanied Border Children Eligible for Amnesty
Breitbart's Texas ^ | Sylvia Longmire

(VIDEO-AT-LINK)

TUCSON, Arizona--As more and more unaccompanied alien children (UACs) from Central America have poured into south Texas—and subsequently transferred to Border Patrol facilities elsewhere along the border—US government officials are scrambling to find places to put them. However, based on current immigration and asylum laws, the vast majority of those children could be legally staying right here in the United States before long.

Under the authority of the Homeland Security Act, the federal government transfers custody of illegal immigrant children who are apprehended alone at our borders to the Department of Health and Human Service’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). The ORR’s primary goal is to reunite them with a family member or legal guardian already here in the US (regardless of their legal status) while the child goes through removal proceedings. As Breitbart Texas recently reported, UACs receive a bevy of assistance while in ORR custody, including classroom education, health care, socialization/recreation, vocational training, mental health services, family reunification, access to legal services, and case management. In many cases, they are treated better than US citizen children currently in the foster care system....

Of course they are. Then they can send for their parents who get immediate green card status.

Then they will all vote in the next presidential election.

That’s a major part of what this is all about.

Even if the don’t vote they’ll redraw congressional district lines after the next census.

Barry has found his amnesty plan without a whimper from Congress. It’s all moot now.

The politicians and chamber of commerce are getting their amnesty without firing a shot.

Since the politicians break the law and thumb their nose at the American people at will, so should we.

Anything of benefit we can get away with we should just help ourselves.

I see a bunch of non-taxpayers that are going to be paid under the table and hump their way to majority demographic proportions in just a few years. The Mexican women start young. The women can be great grandmothers before they’re 50.

Everybody take your pay in cash or however you can once thy force us in a complete financial surveillance mode in a cashless society. Hell barter every chance you get. Keep as much of your money out of their grubby hands as you can and let the system implode on itself.

I blame this on Boehner for his feckless response to the White Huts unconstitutional actions. He needs to go and the GOP needs to be a firm opposition party against tyranny and for the rule of law.

That term PRO-BONO when used by lawyers is a scam.

If a lawyer reduces his $350/hour fee to $325 he is performing pro-bono services. NOT FREE.

And pro-bono can also mean, non-client funded, but tax-payer funded.

When I see Pro-Bono Lawyers in a headline a dog whistle goes off in my brain. Lawyers do nothing pro bono and I do mean nothing. I just wonder how much taxpayer money these ambulance chasers will walk off with. Millions? Billions even?

these are NOT pro bono lawyers.

1. they are being paid by an amnesty group.

2. they are bringing in the child in hopes of charging the rest of the family to come into the country.

remember each ONE child represents THIRTY relatives in chain migration applications.

if these are REALLY pro bono then they should be prohibited from any financial reward. Keep in mind you do not have to be a licensed immigration lawyer to represent people in their applications. (there is no special “immigration” application, ANY lawyer can call themselves an immigration lawyer. Ie the communists of this community organizer groups)

Thanks for reminding us they will influence congressional districts. I will have to see tge effects of where Barty is shipping them to and how it will shape those districts. Or I can save my time and just assume it will benefit democrats.

It takes some 600,000 people to make a district but a lot of districts can be added or expanded with a few thousand people here and there and they don’t even need to vote to do it.
