President Barack Obama has seen an erosion in support for his foreign policy plummet to an all-time low, according to a new Wall Street Journal/NBC poll released Wednesday.
According to the poll, just 37% of respondents said they approved of Obama's handling of foreign-policy issues, an all-time low. Meanwhile, 57% said they disapproved, an all-time high.
And the foreign-policy approval rating for Obama might actually be artificially high. The poll was conducted before the crisis in Iraq, a situation for which Obama has been roundly criticized, bubbled up and grabbed international attention.
Obama's handling of international events have earned him criticism over the past few months — from the crisis in Ukraine to his administration's decision to execute a prisoner swap to free U.S. Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl in exchange for five Taliban-affiliated prisoners from the Guantanamo Bay military prison.
According to the poll, 44% of respondents said the administration should not have made the exchange, compared with 30% who supported it.

That leaves 6%, whom I guess responded “What’s foreign policy?”
He has foreign policy?.................
They probably think: Insurance form overseas...............
His support has dwindled to those who reflexively support everything he does - no thinking person actually supports that incompetent bigot. Just as half of those on FR would disapprove even if Obama did something good (in the unlikely event that ever happened!), just to give Obama negative poll numbers, 37% claim to approve of everything Obama does no matter how obviously evil or destructive.
His support mainly consists of WASP haters, Christian haters, and Conservative haters.
It matters not, to him. He’s not running for re-election and he continues to rule by fiat.

They may now be telling pollsters that Obama sucks but he’s still cleaning up for the ‘RATS with his daily “fundraisers”.
His administration said Bergdahl served with honor and distinction because in their view, he did. He deserted his post, taught our enemies to coordinate better attacks against us. All traits of honor and distinction when you believe the USA is the problem, and he does.
He's going to continue to diminish, degrade and destroy our country until the democrats who care have had enough. The republicans don't have the will or courage to fight on their own. We have voted in pathetic excuses of men and women in Congress and the Supreme Court and it will take decades to fix it.
A third of the colonists supported the British during the Revolutionary War. So I suppose it should not surprise us 1/3 of Americans support the Communists during our current one.
Obama can’t run for a third term, so it doesn’t matter what this poll says.
That’s a shame
