Using a trademark that isn’t registered isn’t against the law. The only thing it prevents you from doing is suing someone else for using the same trademark.

As you say, not against the law if it ISN’T registered.

Using absurdity to be absurd, what happens now when ‘trademark busters’ are able to sue saying Buffalo using the Buffalo is disparaging to Buffalo, The Jets are to slow to be called Jets, The Giants aren’t.

The only safe one will be Green Bay unless the ‘Fudge Packers’ claim it doesn’t represent them fairly.

Next it will be the
Washington “W’s” (then GW Bush will sue)
Indianapolis “I’s” (will have to rename the city)

Then we can start ‘denaming’ cities because Washington owned slaves.
Any city or county named after an Indian or Indian tribe will have to be changed.
Any name offensive to ANYONE will be banned.

Maybe these ‘kids’ are onto something.
Only communicate through text etc...
That way you don’t have to look at someone when you ‘speak’ to them and if you don’t actually ‘SAY’ something, it wasn’t said.
