What are you saying is illegal? My understanding is that if they voted in the R primary, or did not vote at all, a voter may vote in the in the runoff, regardless of their party.
True.
What I was saying was illegal was for those that voted in the dem primary could not vote in this runoff.
As well as those legally allowed to vote in the runoff, the dems and the GOPe are also reaching out to those not eligible to do so. That is illegal, and WILL happen.
This has to be watched very closely.
